Kimbrell J. Hines founded Equine Esquire, PLLC to provide strategic legal representation tailored specifically to the horse industry. As a lifelong equestrian, Kimbrell recognized that horse owners, professionals, and equine businesses are often best served by counsel who understands both the law and the realities of the industry itself.

Her practice is devoted exclusively to equine law and related litigation, representing clients in matters involving horse sales and lease disputes, veterinary malpractice, liability claims, ownership disputes, insurance matters, regulatory proceedings, and equine business conflicts.

Before transitioning exclusively into equine law, Kimbrell practiced complex commercial litigation and labor and employment law, developing extensive experience in dispute resolution, trial preparation, risk management, and business-related litigation. That broader litigation background continues to shape her approach to equine disputes today: practical, strategic, and always grounded in the client’s long-term goals.
